This is a great way to keep up with what's going on at the Affiliate and to share ideas and information.
Volunteers Needed
We are looking for passionate individuals to help us promote Affiliate Events and to represent the Tri-Cities Komen at health fairs, trade shows and third party fundraisers.
We also need volunteers for Race Committees, planning meetings are the third Monday of every month at the Eastman Employee Center, 5:30 pm. The next meeting in June 15.

Tri-Cities Affiliate Announces 09-10 Grant Program
The Tri-Cities Affiliate announced its 2009-2010 Grants Program totaling $316,015 at the Press Conference held on April 21, at the Bristol Motor Speedway. This year is the highest level of grants awarded by the affiliate since its inception in 2005. For a complete listing of grants please go to our grants section.

In times like these, giving back to the community is more important than ever. So when you test-drive a Ford* vehicle between April 21 and June 13, Ford will donate $20 to Susan G. Komen for the Cure® on your behalf – to the Komen affiliate of your choice.
If you take your test-drive at Fairway Ford of Kingsport, Erwin Motors or Friendship Ford i Bristolm, they will match the $20.00 for a total of $40! and it will go straight to the Tri-Cities Affiliate!
