Race Information

Whose Life Are You Running For?  Participate in the 6th Annual Susan G. Komen Tri-Cities Race for the Cure® and show everyone whose life you are running for. Are you running for your mother, your sister, a co-worker, a friend? Are you running for your own life? Or are you running for the future? No matter whose life you are running for, now is the time to get involved and run for their life!

All funds from the Komen Race for the Cure go to research, education, screening and treatment programs.

We want 6500 participants at the 2011 Race, so start recruiting your team now! We plan to raise $650,000 with this event and we need your help to reach our goal!

Race Registration Entry Fees

  • 5K Walk or Run - Untimed - Online $25.00     Mail In $30.00 This is a non-competitive 5K Walk or Run. By registering on-line your are saving $5.00 over mail-in registration.  Registration Fees are non-refundable. Race Tees are long sleeved.
  • 5K Walk or Run - Timed - Online $28.00        Mail In $35.00 Competitive 5K participants will be timed using B-tag electronic timing devices attached to their race BIBS.  By registering on-line you save $7.00 over mail-in pricing.  Registration fees are non-refundable. Race Shirts are long sleeved.
  • Survivor - 5K Walk or Run - Online or Offline Fee $20.00  Survivors will receive a pink survivor t-shirt, regular race t-shirt and a pink cap.  All survivors will be timed. Pink Survivor Tees are short sleeved.
  • Dash for the Cure - 100 Yard Dash Untimed - Online $10.00     Mail-In $15.00   Kids 5 and under compete in an Untimed 100-yard Dash.  Children will receive a Dash for the Cure long sleeved t-shirt sponsored by Regional Eye Center.  By registering on-line you save $5.00 over mail-in pricing.  Registration Fees are non-refundable.
  • Dash for the Cure - 1 Mile Timed - Online $10.00     Mail-In $15.00  Kids 14 and under compete in a Timed 1-Mile Dash.  Children will receive a long sleeve tee shirt sponsored by Regional Eye Center.  By registering online you will save $5.00 over mail-in pricing Registration fees are non-refundable.

  • 5K Timed               $40.00
  • 5K Untimed            $35.00
  • 5K Survivor            $20.00
  • Dash for the Cure    $15.00

Mail-In Registration Ends October 17, 2011.

ALL SHIRTS MUST BE PICKED UP PRIOR TO THE RACE - No shirts will be mailed after the Race

Pre-registered participants are guaranteed a race shirt but cannot be guaranteed a specific size.  Participants who register Race Weekend cannot be guaranteed a shirt.    

DONATIONS
May be dropped off at the Affiliate Office, Packet Pickup or at the Race - a receipt will be issued.
